Aim
The society has been setup with the aim of improving the nation Bharat by promoting, new or known, beneficial social, technological, environmental, religious or administrative ideas, processes, ritual and habits, and in return improve lives of its citizens. It aims specifically to provide better life for today’s children tomorrow and create a better earth for posterity.
Objectives
Society will work on achieving the above aim by pursuing and successfully achieving some of the following objectives
To undertake, engage, finance, sponsor, manage or otherwise actively help discovery, generation, location, extraction, invention, thinking or by other means finding ideas, processes, procedures and ways through discussions, study, research, collective thinking etc., that will improve Bharat as nation, the Bhartiya society by large and children and future generations of Bharat in specific.
To promote global brotherhood through better understanding of society, individuals’ contribution to society, duties and rights.
To undertake, engage, finance, sponsor, manage or otherwise actively help better understanding of inter-relations of law, duty, religion and progress, especially from the perspective of ecological balance and universal brotherhood.
To establish, manage, maintain and run institutions engaged in generation and providing opportunities for all citizens to contribute in national progress.
To align its activities with special emphasis for progress of children, elderly, financially, ethically or morally underprivileged or deprived sections of society.
To actively promote its discoveries and policies alongwith other useful studies establishing educational, vocational, social training institutions any where in India, in urban, rural and backward areas and/ or to provide financial assistance and other facilities to such institutions.
To promote all endeavors to ensure through media and through various other means like seminar, projects direct interaction etc. that every citizen is able to exercise his right to life in a just and fair manner. To spread awareness amongst citizens about right to environmental resources and spread awareness about legal rights of the individuals and also about various welfare schemes initiated and operative through governmental and non-governmental organizations / individuals and to ensure through publicity that benefit of such scheme reaches to targeted persons and to adopt and promote all other fair means to achieve the targeted result.
To establish, manage maintain and run schools, colleges or any other institute to impart education or training, hospitals, homes, institutions for the welfare and relief of the underprivileged , poor , physically and/or mentally challenged individuals , old age persons, orphans, widows etc. .
To promote harmonious and secular understanding and equal respect for all religions, cultures, races and ideologies and for that purposes to arrange cultural exchange programs, seminars, tours etc. and establish, manage maintain and run spiritual co-operative communities and institutes of inter cultural understanding.
To promote research in the study of traditional art and culture, history, and other studies related to above.
To give or establish prizes for excellence in the field of (a) Social services (b) human understanding (c) Scientific, technical and environmental work / research
To grant scholarships or provide financial aid to poor / meritorious students and research scholars in the field of education, science and social activities.
To complete, publish and distribute or give, financial aid, in the publication of any literature for the promotion of the above objects.
To open branches where ever considered expedient for the promotion of above objects.
To associate and provide consultancy to promote other NGO / societies with similar objects
To use the audio-visual media for furtherance of its aims and objects.
To promote and revive traditional means to make people aware of the rights and duties towards the elderly and underprivileged.
To provide assistance and opportunities to like minded persons to create in them the concepts that may lead to greater national growth and awareness in the field of Social Justice.
To promote interest in general public in Indian art, culture, music and thus spread this culture far and wide.
To compile, arrange and make ballets on social issues etc. and show them and help in raising moral character and social awareness of people.
To mutual exchange of artists, collaborations with other organizations etc.
To develop a good teaching faculty and invite experts in various field and to promote research, documentation and dissemination on the various aspects of the Social Justice and secularism as means of promoting national progress
To translate, print, publish, circulate and distribute appropriate material for distribution of useful knowledge through magazine, pamphlets or other printing mode for the development and promotion, benefit and advancement of music, dance etc.
To subscribe or give donations, financially or otherwise , to such other societies, agencies, associations or institutions who are working in the area or involved in the activities which tend to support or aid / advance the aims and objects of the society.
To receive any grant, donation, fee, support and assistance in any form for the furtherance of the objects of the society. To apply for permission to Government of India or its ministries or departments for receiving such grants, if required.
To purchase, lease, secure by exchange or license, hire or otherwise acquire any moveable or immovable property and any interest, easement, right and privilege necessary or alter any moveable and immovable property of the Society and undertake such other activities as may be necessary and incidental to the objects of the Society.
To frame bye-laws and rules and regulations for the conduct of the business of the Society and its officers and employees.
To do all such other lawful acts, deeds and things as are incidental or conductive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them
All the income, earning, moveable, immovable properties of the societies shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aim and objects only set forth in the memorandum of association and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present and past member of the society or to any person claiming through any or more of the present or past member. No member of society shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the society or make any profit, whatsoever by virtue of his membership.
